This was my first time at Tire Kingdom and it was truly fantastic! Fernando at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. He was patient with me, helped me get the BEST possible deal, and I felt respected as well! He truly went above and beyond (everyone at tire kingdom did) and did not have to do so, it made my experience or buying new tires so easy! I highly recommend and WILL be coming back!

On 5/18, I visited Tire Kingdom/Mavis and paid approximately $1,867 for four tires for my BMW X7 in size 285/45/21. I specifically requested OEM-style run-flat tires. I was originally sold Goodyear tires that were later discovered not to be run-flat tires as requested. The following day, the front passenger tire failed and the rear passenger tire developed a bubble. After inspecting the vehicle and tires further, I realized the installed tires were not run-flat tires. I contacted the store and initially received pushback regarding the issue. Eventually, management agreed to replace the tires with Continental run-flat tires. Additionally, the tow truck driver who picked up the vehicle stated that, based on his inspection, the tires appeared to be overinflated and that the overinflation could have contributed to the tire failure and bubbling issue. I had the vehicle towed back to the store Tuesday night and returned Wednesday morning around 8:45 AM to provide the keys because there was no secure drop box available.
